Responsibility
- data / Systems Administrator
- we are looking for a results driven individual, to assist with monitoring and support of a range of platforms and devices
- monitoring of platforms for anomalies, including SIM data usage platform
- these include, but will not be limited to, our internal permit system, external applications, ANPR cameras and remote tablet devices
- perform checks on configuration of ANPR cameras to ensure date/time is set correctly, and confirm efficacy of ANPR reads
- triage company helpdesk to help allocate support tickets to the correct department
- the successful applicant should be confident in proactively investigating potential issues, and reporting them to the Head of Technology
- monitor and update outage tracker, chasing for updates and resolution where necessary
