- total Electrical Contractors are a leading electrical contractor providing electrical solutions to connect work spaces
- perform routine maintenance and repairs on mechanical equipment
- producing permit to works and issuing RAMS to subcontractors
- conduct regular inspections to identify potential problems and prevent breakdowns
- maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using online checks
- fabricate or modify parts as needed to ensure proper functioning of equipment
- we are looking for an experienced Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to provide support to a facilities maintenance contract. This is a part time contract Monday-Friday based in Milton Park, Abingdon
- supervise and provide leadership to subcontractors
Requirements
- proven experience as a Maintenance Contractor or similar role
- strong knowledge of mechanical systems and electrical systems
- proficient in using hand and power tools for repairs and maintenance tasks
- familiarity with online software for tracking maintenance activities
- ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- maintenance: 3 years
