Responsibility
- build relationships with customers, suppliers, and account managers
- monitor the inbox and act on emails accordingly
- manage the cases that are allocated to you
- liaise with suppliers by phone and email
- arrange returns for customers and book collections via a courier
- support the business and Customer Service Supervisor
- assist with colleagues’ cases in their absence
- work towards achieving individual and team KPIs as set out by the CC Supervisor and Head of Supply Chain
Education
- GCSE or equivalent
Requirements
- to provide a professional after sales service to our customers and to assist the sales team in delivering outstanding customer care
- excellent telephone manner and first class written communication skills
