recruitment administrator

Working hours

Responsibility

  • searching for candidate CV's utilising Job boards, social media and other tools
  • communicating with new and registered candidates on a daily basis
  • maintaining employee and candidate records on company IT systems
  • process and proactively manage pre-employment checks for successful applicants to agreed standards
  • build and maintain strong working relationships between all parties, ensuring that they are continually appraised and updated on the relevant processes
  • management of day to day queries ensuring all are dealt with in an effective and timely manner and escalated where necessary
  • cooperating with recruiters and hiring managers when required
  • following up with candidates to obtain outstanding information monitoring candidate training records and ensuring candidates keep all training up to date updating the applicant tracking system as and when required and ensuring data accuracy at all times

Education

  • GCSE or equivalent
