Looking for an outgoing individual, who would be looking to work in a family enviroment workplaceAnswering incoming calls, and providing support to the office staff you will be experienced within a fast paced administration role.Plenty of opportunity to move forwards in the business with effort.Happy to train for continued development.Proficient in MS office including Excel, other duties will include but not limited to: -Assisting accounts with invoicing and payments, Logging of private work quotes, Completion of spreadsheets to monitor our KPI’s, Assisting the New Build Department with the creating of new sites on the in-house systems, Logging notifications with relevant bodies to ensure our compliance.Confident dealing with Customers, Engineers and Suppliers, both in person and on the phone you will have the ability to take concise information.
