Responsibility
- building relationships/ rapport with clients and candidates
- advertising shifts appropriately by drafting and placing adverts in a wide range of media
- using ITRIS database efficiently to search for candidates to be used for re-generation
- briefing the candidates properly about the shift, pay rate and any other important information of every shift
- organising the process for candidates including accommodation or travel as requested by the client and/ or candidate
- offering advice to candidates on pay rates, training and career progression if appropriate
- developing a good understanding of NHS and private clients where applicable, their industry, what they do and their work culture and environment
- headhunting - identifying and approaching suitable mental health nurses, care assistants, HCA’s and other candidates who may already be in work or currently work with competitors
