Responsibility
- receive installation, connectivity and training requests from the various sources across the business units including SOP
- plan and distribute the installation, Connectivity and training requests to the appropriate team members based on the geography and individual's skill level
- maintain the records of all requests on ICT Spreadsheet and Service-Now, including the documents used to handover the installation, connectivity and training request to the respective engineers or Service Department
- recommend improvements to department / organisational efficiency where appropriate
- perform other such reasonable tasks and responsibilities as may from time to time be require
- providing relevant feedback to Sales Managers on any failed installs or additional parts requested
- comply with all company policies, procedures and performance standards
