Working hours

Responsibility

  • receive installation, connectivity and training requests from the various sources across the business units including SOP
  • plan and distribute the installation, Connectivity and training requests to the appropriate team members based on the geography and individual's skill level
  • maintain the records of all requests on ICT Spreadsheet and Service-Now, including the documents used to handover the installation, connectivity and training request to the respective engineers or Service Department
  • recommend improvements to department / organisational efficiency where appropriate
  • perform other such reasonable tasks and responsibilities as may from time to time be require
  • providing relevant feedback to Sales Managers on any failed installs or additional parts requested
  • comply with all company policies, procedures and performance standards
