Responsibility
- prepare alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages for bar and restaurant
- prepare and place orders
- interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks
- uphold, embody and maintain high standards of Bolero Bar and kitchen
- assess bar guests’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
- help the General Manager plan and present the drinks menu
- mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
- restock and replenish bar stocks and supplies
Requirements
- two years previous experience in a similar role
- outstanding knowledge on cocktails, spirits and soft drinks. Good knowledge of wine and beer would be advantageous
- creativity
- team player spirit
- eligible to work in the UK or have a valid UK work permit/visa
- exceptional presentation
- bartending: 2 years
