- listen to customer requirements and present appropriately to make a sale

- follow up sales enquiries
- gather market and customer information
- advise on forthcoming product developments and discuss special promotions
- general admin Duties
- negotiating best stock rates with other dealers
- dealing with shipping companies and organising collection of goods
- be able to respond to customer queries by email professionally and promptly
