Responsibility
- manage day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and cash handling
- hire, train, and supervise staff to ensure high-quality customer service
- monitor and analyze sales performance, and develop strategies to increase revenue
- create and maintain a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere for customers
- ensure that all health and safety standards are met and maintained
- running social media and driving new business to the store
Requirements
- previous experience in a managerial role within the food and beverage industry
- strong leadership and team management skills
- excellent customer service and communication skills
- ability to analyze sales data and develop effective strategies to increase revenue
- knowledge of food safety regulations and health and safety standards
- ability to work Wednesday-Sunday 1:45-10:15pm initially
