Responsibility
- to Routinely oversee and monitors care workers and home carers
- take responsibility for the shift and for the service while on duty
- respond to emergencies and provides guidance and support to care workers
- assist and enables service users to dress, undress, wash, use the toilet and bathe
- as a Senior health Care Assistant you will be required to routinely oversee and monitor care workers, care assistants and home carers
- serve meal to service users at table or in bed, assists with feeding if required
- you will also be required to provide person centred care and support to assist residents maintain their independence including personal care, meal times, and activities whilst also providing a listening ear to those who need it most
- generally assists with service users’ overall comfort and well being
