Responsibility
- supervise the Food & Beverage team in providing best-in-class service
- coach and develop the team and drive engagement
- uphold operating standards and drive Guest and team safety and satisfaction
- ensure all Guest areas are staffed and functioning efficiently
- manage the operational duties of their department
- control department budgets and spending
- interact with Guests to check on the quality of their experience
- leverage business metrics and trends to drive performance and to maximize profit and revenue
Requirements
- experience managing FOH and BOH teams, including Bar/Beverage program oversight and knowledge
- excellent communication and organization skills
- team player with energetic and enthusiastic personality
- high school diploma or equivalent
