- you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the workshop, that incoming work is planned, helping manage the time and resource, ensuring productivity is maximised and that deadlines are adhered to
- people management skills will need to be second nature for the the successful candidate as they will be required to lead, motivate and monitor the team
- quality checking of all work, ordering of required parts, tools, as well as health and safety compliance are also important elements of this role
