to oversee the restaurant's kitchen by taking lead responsibility for managing the staff team in the highest standards of food preparation

responsible to: Operations Lead
the post holder will design and influence menus taking direction from the directors and they will take a lead in the creation of unique dishes weekly that inspire guests to return that enhance the restaurant's reputation
● Ensuring the kitchen is fully staffed, maintaining a weekly rota and ensuring any annual leave is covered so the restaurant can operate fully in their absence
this is not an exhaustive list of the duties required to be undertaken by the post holder. As from time to time it may be necessary for the post holder to undertake additional tasks as required by the business Directors
Requirements
● Food Safety Level 3
● Coshh Trained
training in the culinary arts, good level of experience, works quickly and effectively, shows creative flair, flexibility, commitment, strong communication skills, organisational skills, team mentality, leadership skills
