regional sales manager
Responsibility
- driving brand awareness by delivering local events and engaging with external stakeholders
- recruiting, training and supporting toob’s Field Sales Managers
- organising the activities of the Field Sales Managers and their teams performance to ensure that mid-term and long-term targets are met
- working closely with the regions Operations Manager to ensure all areas are achieving required ROI and sales penetrations
- delivering against sales targets
- identifying areas to improve efficiency and engaging with the Head Office teams to drive and implement change
- working closely with internal stakeholders to grow the customer base
- working closely with the marketing and operations teams to maximise opportunities to make toob the broadband provider of choice in the areas of operation
