Requirements

  • have previous experience in a product development/project management role or be a graduate of a product development degree
  • have excellent project management aptitude with the ability to work on multiple complex projects with a professional approach
  • be highly organised and have an exceptional eye for detail
  • have excellent verbal and written communication with the ability to comfortably present to stakeholders
  • display strong initiative, problem solving and resourcefulness
  • have the ability to work independently
  • have a good knowledge of materials and the manufacturing process, especially for plastics and die-cast. Knowledge of utilising and interpretation of CAD data; or a replica toy development background would be highly desired, but is not essential
  • be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
