Responsibility
- planning and overseeing the delivery of projects
- scheduling works using the Company’s workflow management system
- negotiating with suppliers and organising plant/material deliveries
- monitoring and maintaining our current high standard of work
- building and maintaining good relationships with clients and suppliers
- ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget
- overall responsibility for Health & Safety compliance and documentation
- overseeing equipment maintenance and safety checks
Requirements
- existing working knowledge and understanding of the construction and/or fencing industry
- always conduct work in a professional manner
- previous contracts management experience
- flexible in approach to work
- full UK Driving Licence
- strong financial acumen and ability to monitor project profitability
- experience in using workflow management software
- ability to work to deadlines and targets
