  • we are actively seeking a business administrator to join our team
  • the position will be part-time and cover 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday
  • providing administrative support for all needs of Toman Contracting, including support for customers, employees and other stakeholders
  • to perform a variety of clerical tasks
  • upkeeping of staff holidays records and leave spreadsheets
  • managing social media platforms
  • preparing P4/security pass applications and releases
