  • as Maintenance Supervisor , you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of the Northern area of our existing North Yorkshire based maintenance contracts
  • the Maintenance Supervisor will report to the Area Manager and be expected to work independently in managing both reactive and planned maintenance work assisted by Operational Support and site-based operatives
  • you will be responsible for supervising maintenance teams, managing resources, and overseeing the day-to-day operations to ensure that our properties remain in an operational condition
  • this role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and exceptional organizational skills. An ability to interface with building custodians and building users is essential
  • the role requires constant vigilance in terms of health and safety to ensure the company’s policies and management systems are adhered to
