Responsibility

  • develop and execute business development strategies to drive sales and achieve revenue targets
  • as the Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and expansion of our business
  • identify and research potential market segments, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities
  • build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients through proactive lead generation, networking, and relationship building
  • conduct market analysis and stay up-to-date with industry trends to capitalize on emerging opportunities
  • develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, retailers, and strategic partners
  • collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure effective implementation of business strategies
  • prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and negotiations to secure new business partnerships

Requirements

  • proven experience in business development or sales roles, preferably within the pet industry or related field
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners

  • proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads and track progress
  • A passion for pets and a genuine interest in promoting healthy and nutritious cat food products
