Requirements

  • proven experience in a related role such as Office Assistant, Receptionist, or other relevant position
  • proficient in the use of all Microsoft Office applications
  • demonstratable experience in managing their own workflow and ability to complete requirements within set timescales
  • proficiency in filing management, including the ability to manage business correspondence and handle confidential information
  • previous experience as a Business Office Administrator
  • team player with ability to follow instructions from other staff members including senior management
  • experience with Microsoft 365 applications
  • demonstratable confident and clear communication skills, both written and verbal

Responsibility

  • supporting the Office Manager in the day-to-day running of the office
  • organising the Director’s diary for his Consultancy and Advisory Board activities
  • facilitating contracting between us and our clients
  • invoicing clients using QuickBooks software
  • scheduling and coordinating internal and external meetings
  • organising staff attendance and travel for courses and conference meetings
  • the management and implementation of on-line filing systems
  • coordinating between employees in resolving day-to-day administrative and operational issues
