Requirements

  • proven experience as a Sushi Chef or in a similar role
  • extensive knowledge of sushi preparation techniques and ingredients
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple orders simultaneously
  • strong attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency in food quality
  • excellent knife skills and ability to handle raw fish safely
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
  • strong communication and teamwork skills
