- you will be working within our first home located in Swansea
- in this rewarding role you will be responsible for ensuring a high level of care and support for young people
- together Stronger is a children’s residential provider in Swansea, this is an exciting time to join a new and growing organisation who will provide high quality services to young people
- as an organisation we are fully aware that the this is a demanding role and staff require constant professional support, working closely with our Psychology Team staff will be given the training, supervision and tools to carry out their roles effectively
- you will also be required to carry out some domestic duties within the home
- you will be part of a team who provide care and support to up to 5 children and young people aged between 8 years and 18 years, all of whom may have complex needs, learning disabilities or behaviours that may challenge
