Requirements
- you will be working independently , therefore you must be very self-motivated and self-disciplined
- you must be eligible to work in the UK
- you must have the ability to grasp basic legal concepts, therefore evidence of the ability to learn and understand technical concepts is essential
- experience in a clinical negligence law firm is desired, although not mandatory
- you will be continually writing emails and speaking to doctors and lawyers over the telephone, therefore you will need to have excellent writing and communication skills
- you will be responsible for autonomously managing a high volume of clinical investigations and must ensure that TMLEP’s services are delivered effectively at all times; it is, therefore, essential you are able to effectively manage your time and handle multiple tasks in a confident, efficient and timely manner
- you will be reviewing large amounts of information, usually at speed, therefore you must have an eye for detail so you can detect issues at a glance
