- liaising with the warehouse team to raise order issues
- liaising with our UK shipping partners to raise parcel issues
- ensuring order notes are updated thoroughly after each customer interaction
- have the ability to proactively upsell to customers and create opportunities to promote our product and service
- explore opportunities to broaden the range of products you are able offer as applicable
- work towards team and individual KPIs to help the contact centre to achieve its goals
