Responsibility

  • TLH Marketing is a full-service marketing and digital design agency operating from modern premises in Bamber Bridge, Preston
  • administrative support to the business
  • PA support to the Managing Director
  • analytical support on client campaigns
  • you will have excellent organisational & planning skills and confident dealing with clients and suppliers
  • general office and customer service responsibilities, communicating with clients and 3rd party organisations via telephone and email
  • as a new role, we are initially looking for somebody on a part time basis of circa 20
  • create, check and send invoices to clients

Requirements

  • highly organised with attention to detail
  • A minimum of 2 years previous experience in a role with similar financial responsibilities
  • you will be able to work on your own or as part of a team
  • outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • the ability to work under own initiative and to deadlines
  • A creative flair
  • ability to build close-knit relationships with clients and external partners
  • the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
