Responsibility
- the Laser Clinic Group is looking for an experienced Sales Consultant for our clinic in East London Bow
- follow up with clients, as needed, after their consultation to ensure a smooth transition from consultation to surgery
- serve as a client advocate, supporting clients before, during and after their visits
- identify opportunities to expand relationships with existing clientele
- develop and maintain effective working relationships with both clinical and non-clinical teams, to ensure an exceptional patient experience
- developing expert knowledge and understanding of our procedures and expertise, in order to educate clients about treatment options during phone inquiries and office consultations

Requirements
- at least 2 years as a sales consultant in an aesthetics clinic
- sales consultants will be required to be qualified to NVQ level 2 / 3 in beauty therapy or equivalent
- any experience with aesthetic or cosmetic treatments is advantageous
- at the Laser Clinic Group, we strongly believe in aligning incentives. We reward for results and do not place a cap on commission which allows our sales consultants to be directly rewarded for their hard work
- don't worry, this is not a commission-only role. We know stability also is important, which is why we provide a basic salary on top of commission
- depending on what treatments the clinic wishes you to carry out you may also be required to have further qualifications or training in IPL / lasering
