Education

  • GCSE or equivalent

Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • proven experience in a sales support or customer service role
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • knowledge of CRM software is a plus
  • retail sales: 1 year
