Requirements
- proficient in interpreting images, causation and other general disrepair
- strong knowledge of surveying techniques, equipment, and software
- experience with Expert Witness Reports, Part 35 and Scott Schedules
- attention to detail and accuracy in data collection and analysis
- strong communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and clients
- ability to work independently or as part of a team
