- maintaining regular communication with the in-house buying department and Contracts Manager to ensure continuity and correct scheduling of works

Requirements
- strong leadership and management abilities
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- proficient in blueprint reading and construction estimating
- knowledge of quality control processes and procedures
- familiarity with construction codes, regulations, and safety guidelines
- ability to problem-solve and make decisions under pressure
- detail-oriented with strong organisational skills
