Responsibility

  • we are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our growing business and engage with clients remotely and on site
  • you will be composing tenders and actioning all tendering requirements from feasibility through to implementation
  • you will review plans, specifications, and contracts to ensure the correct equipment, material and subcontractor services are ordered and/or purchased
  • we will require you to develop and implement successful strategies to ensure projects are delivered within scheduled timeframes and budgets
  • you will have the ability to read, understand and interpret technical documents, drawings, and plans
  • you will liaise with external stakeholders including clients, suppliers, contractors and other third parties
  • you will be able to understand the build, maintenance and refurbish journey and be able to quote for works
  • you will monitor overall performance of projects, including, materials, equipment and regular contractors and other subcontractors
