Responsibility
- provide support to the sales team in day-to-day administrative tasks, including preparing sales materials, reports, and presentations
- respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and in-person, promptly and professionally
- assist in managing and processing customer orders and coordinate with the production team to ensure timely delivery
- maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in our CRM system
- collaborate with the marketing team to execute sales campaigns and promotions effectively
- conduct market research to identify potential leads and contribute to lead generation efforts
- attend meetings and take minutes, as required, and follow up on action items
Requirements
- proven work experience as a Sales Assistant or in a related role is a must
- excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong customer service orientation
- strong organisational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- A proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- A passion for sales and a genuine interest in the video production and marketing industry
- applicants must be based in Greater Manchester or surrounding areas and willing to travel to our office based in Bolton
