highly motivated and meticulous refrigeration engineer with at least 5 years’ experience preferably working on refrigerated containers, desired but not essential
→ Activities will also including the planned and preventative maintenance, defect identification and repair on large scale marine refrigerated containers
→ Installation and commissioning
→ Survey and report writing
→ Setting up refrigerated containers onsite so they operate efficiently and reliably
→ Creating and maintaining a safe working environment and ensuring that risk assessments are carried out
as a refrigeration engineer you will be responsible for monitoring and repairing container refrigeration units both on site and off site, as required
→ Carry out maintenance, retrofit and repair within set timeframes and according to defined process, service agreements and customer needs on various types of equipment
Requirements
→ Electrical fault-finding ability and experience of testing and commissioning
→ F-Gas Qualification
→ Level 2 / 3 in Air-Conditioning and refrigeration or equivalent
→ Competent in brazing refrigeration pipework
→ Mechanical aptitude and sound engineering skills
→ At least 5 years previous experience in the refrigeration industry
→ Transport Refrigeration knowledge preferable

Responsibility
coordinating end-to-end payroll processing for all employees, including starters, leavers, changes and statutory payments
liaising with our external payroll providers to ensure accurate and timely submission of payroll data, as well as government authorities
reviewing and reconciling payroll reports, ensuring accuracy before final sign-off
processing employee benefits and deductions, including pensions and cycle-to-work / EV Cars and other salary sacrifice schemes
responding to employee payroll queries with professionalism and confidentiality
maintaining accurate payroll records
collaborating with Finance on payroll journals, reports and reconciliation activities
ensuring compliance with government authorisations and regulations, RTI reporting and pension auto-enrolment obligations in each country
