Responsibility
- carry out Pre-Production Engineering review and establish customer and product criteria
- create, review and changing projects and production process flow in company MES
- create, review and changing projects and works instructions in company MES
- ensure integrity of company MES and ERP interface
- ensure integrity of data within company MES
- provide company MES user training
- ensure that manufacturing standards and procedures are developed and maintained
- execute NPI tasks as appropriate
Requirements
- previous experience of working with Aegis
- HNC/HND in Electronics
- previous experience of importing and changing Bill of Materials
- previous experience of a New Product Introduction process / ECN process
- previous experience of working within an Electronics manufacturing environment
- previous experience of PCB and Electronic assembly
- previous experience of using CAD data for electronics manufacturing
- previous experience with creating and updating manufacturing works instructions
