providing clear guidance to all employees in relation to the management of the Marina
collections, service charge account, debt management, concession management and achieving pre-set financial budgets
oversee all aspects of the Marina Operation, including sales, bookings, arrivals/departures, enquiries, cleaning lists, feedback, complaints and audits
primary responsibility to oversee the day to day running of the Marina on a practical, financial and administrative basis, reporting and working with the Senior Leadership Team delivering sustainable and profitable results
A specific differential check between selling moorings and selling new and used boats and brokerage deals into the marina

understand fire safety regulations, health and safety regulations, emergency procedures and other regulations that apply to the Park
communicate with property owners and guests professionally
carry out preventive maintenance and minor repairs to all estate buildings and park owned properties
carry out any requested remedial works, via the park office when required
assist with the implementation of legal and site rules, e.g. speeding vehicles, dogs not on leads etc
the Park Maintenance Operative contributes to providing a well maintained, appealing and safe environment at Caldecott Hall Country Park, together with an excellent and efficient service
maintain all equipment in good working order
you will be responsible for the general park maintenance and upkeep of the park and estate buildings, reporting to the General Manager
