TINGDENE MARINAS is looking for employees for positions:
- ensure daily and weekly site inspections are carried out and any subsequent repairs are completed
- support the company ethos of a one team mentality
- undertake a monthly register of all craft
- monitor the marina management system to ensure all craft are invoiced correctly
- liaise with marina manager on a regular basis
- chase any outstanding debt and implement TORTS if required
- create and submit monthly reports to senior management
- ensure a good H&S ethic is considered throughout the site
- undertake daily checks of sales craft and sales pontoon to ensure condition is customer ready
- implement and see though maintenance tasks for the estates team
- ensure that correct procedures are followed from initial listing to sale completion
- creating and monitoring sales plans
- developing and maintaining the customer database
- preparing offers
- preparing advertising documentation
- attending national boat/yacht shows
- selling boats and completing all required paperwork
- assisting with after-sales queries
- assist with the running of Hartford Marina
