Requirements
- extensive knowledge of Human Resources and Employment Law
- level 5 CIPD
- experience of working in a Manufacturing environment
- knowledge of GDPR legislation
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- human resources: 3 years
Responsibility
- ensuring our department and the company remain legally compliant with all Employment legislation
- ensuring our policies are regularly reviewed and upheld across the business
- working with our managment and senior management team to ensure everyone in the wider team have everything they need to do their jobs at a world-class level
- all generalist HR duties, from ER to Recruitment, Absence management to Disciplinaries, and everything in between
- supporting with the creation and implementation of departmental strategies including but not limited to; Organisational development, Talent planning, and Learning and Development
- pushing the boundaries of what good HR practise looks like by creating innovative solutions, and ensuring we remain an employer of choice
