  • property Refurbishment company looking for Building Surveyor/Estimator to expand our team on a full-time basis
  • the areas we cover include London and the Home Counties and a company vehicle or allowance will be provided
  • therefore a
  • specialising in the commercial sector, our work varies from renovation & refurbishment works, to property mainteance for property management companies & independant surveyors
  • liaising with other team members including construction managers, sub-contractors, direct labour and Client design teams to ensure tenders are compliant with client requirements
  • present bids to clients in a timely manner and answer their mid and post-tender queries
