Requirements
- knowledge of Windows systems
- proven analytical and problem solving skills
- knowledge of basic networking principles
- previous experience of working for a service provider
- excellent communication skills
- both hardware and software experience
- excellent customer service skills both on the phone and face to face adaptable to all levels of profession
- ability to translate technical language into user friendly information for clients with varying skills
