Responsibility
- 1 x part-time temporary position located in Edinburgh – 30hrs per week, Mon-Fri, 9am-3.30pm – £23,837.00 per annum
- delivery of high quality customer focused housing management services
- provide information and advice relating to the use of facilities within the complexes
- welcome prospective and new tenants which includes assisting in the settling-in process
- respond to all general emergencies, linking in with tenants, next of kin, and all relevant parties
- maintain a record of building inspections and reported repairs
- 1 x full-time temporary position located in Dalkeith – 35hrs per week, 5 days out of 7 on a rota basis, 9am-5pm – £27,810.00 per annum
- play a leading role in encouraging the development of and participation of tenants in social communal activities
