- project Manager - Bespoke Joinery
- providing a full turnkey service from design, development, manufacture, delivery and installation to our clients
- this is an ideal role for a person with project management experience in the joinery industry looking to establish their career working on high-value projects with an exciting company providing bespoke joinery to a range of clients
- you will also work with the client on an going basis to exceed their expectations on site
- you be will be responsible for managing the project from tender acceptance, design and development to project delivery/installation on time and within budget
- you will co-ordinate and produce all relevant project documentation including drawings , variations to project costs from the original quotation, schedules of works for production and delivery, purchasing of materials and O&M manuals
- you will manage relationships with production and suppliers to fulfil project deliverables, including all aspects of the bespoke joinery i.e. specialist materials
Requirements
- to be considered for this role, you must have a strong background within the joinery industry
- ability to produce basic CAD drawings for construction
- be commercially astute
- be able to demonstrate a clear understanding of managing projects with a value up to £750,000
- autoCAD: 2 years
- bespoke joinery: 5 years
- you must be an excellent communicator and be adept at being the interface between the client, the business and all relevant suppliers/sub-contractors
