Responsibility
- logging customer care issues on the company portal and assessing jobs on site
- producing job reports, obtaining quotes for jobs and securing orders from the customer care department
- scheduling jobs directly with customers
- ordering materials for jobs and managing full stock control of tiles and materials at our unit
- carrying out remedial works and marking jobs as complete
- liaising and reporting with housebuilders as required
- managing site stock control when necessary
- occasionally tiling production plots when capacity is available
Requirements
- at least 5 years of experience as a tiler
- excellent customer service skills
- reliable, honest, trustworthy, and takes pride in their work
- strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- good communication and problem-solving skills
- must have a valid UK driver's license
- must have valid CSCS card
- tiling: 5 years
