  • as the Tiles Category Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategic development and management of the category, working closely with cross-functional teams, including operations and marketing, to ensure success and growth
  • your primary goal will be to optimise the product assortment, drive sales, and enhance customer satisfaction with a dynamic element to spot and secure limited availability deals

Requirements

  • bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus
  • proven experience in category management, preferably in the tiles industry or a related field
  • strong understanding of the tiles market, industry trends, and customer preferences
  • excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • demonstrated experience in supplier management and negotiation
  • ability to develop and execute category strategies and marketing plans
