Responsibility

  • pay is more than minimum wage and will be dependent on experience. Tips & service charge is c.£3 an hour
  • you will be exposed to working in all sections of the kitchen and required to be a good team player
  • we are looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking indivdual who has minimum 2 year experience working in a fast paced busy kitchen
  • as a Junior Chef you will ensure all produce is prepared/cooked ready for service. The menu has an Asian influence so you will ideally have experience of working with East Asian styles of cooking
