Responsibility
- ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- assist with inventory stock counts and order supplies as and when needed
- assist with training bar staff and servers
- handle customer enquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner
- maintain a clean and organized bar area
