Responsibility

  • we are currently looking to recruit a experienced and highly motivated and customer service focused receptionist to join our current team
  • experience preferred but not necessary as training will be given
  • main duties will include
  • \*Taking reservations and enquires via telephone and also with guests at the reception desk
  • \*Checking in and out of guests
  • \* Face to face customer enquiries
  • the ideal candidate must have high levels of customer service skills and and the knowledge and processes of hotel reservations systems also advantageous
  • \* Ensure that the working area of reception is well presented at all times
