Responsibility

  • working on a rotational shift pattern changing weekly
  • week 2, late shift 11am - 8 pm Monday Friday
  • as a Contact Centre Representative, you’ll support our customers’ via a variety of platforms such as emails call and live chat
  • as a Contact Centre Representative, you’ll support our customers’ journey and bring people back to financial health
  • saturday shift, 9am - 5pm every other week, with a day off during the week

Requirements

  • aged 18 or above
  • aged 18 or above and have right to work within the UK
  • you must currently be residing within the UK
  • have the right to work in the UK
  • previous customer service
  • previous collections experience[SW1]
  • training will be office based so you must be located within reasonable distance or willing to travel to our offices
