- our client are a leading hospitality brand who develop hotel and leisure facilities on brownfield sites in unique locations worldwide
- working with development partners they are responsible for sourcing and managing these sites/properties through the development and construction process
- early stage involvement in site selection
- project feasibility and assessment
- oversight of planning applications and lease agreements
- manage relationships with project stakeholders, development partners, local authorities etc to insure smooth progression of project milestones
- due to a fast growing pipeline of prospective projects we are now seeking a Development Manager who will take responsibility for oversight of projects from site identification, project feasibility and onward via planning, project procurement, construction and fit-out
- act as clients representative and brand manager in all dealings with architects, designers, contractors etc
