Responsibility

  • contact potential customers to inform them about our service offering using scripts / guides
  • create quality leads / meetings through cold calling
  • ask questions to understand customer requirements and appointment set for TGC
  • direct / Handover prospect meetings to the Regional Directors when created
  • enter and update customer information on our CRM System
  • arrange and process meetings in an accurate manner
  • go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
  • keep records of opportunities and notes through our CRM System

Requirements

  • proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role
  • proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
  • good knowledge of relevant computer programs
  • ability to learn about the services we offer and describe/explain them to prospects
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • cool-tempered and able to handle rejection when it arises
  • holds an established network of contacts
