Position: Area Manager – Sales & OperationLocation: Hampshire· Achieve primary / Secondary Sales targets and goals set for area· Establishing, maintaining and expanding the customer base· Maintaining and increasing sales of the company products· Setting individual sales targets for the Sales team· Managing, training, and providing overall guidance to the sales team of an assigned territory.· Setting reasonable sales targets to be achieved by the sales team.· Monitoring the performance of the sales team and motivating members to meet or exceed sales targets..· Developing and sustaining long-term relationships with sales team at the front-end retail store.· Developing sales team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge education.· Implementing a sales management process to assist the sales team in identifying and prioritizing key customers and prospects.· Monitoring product display and product mix at store level· Responsible for ensuring that store staffs keep stores to the highest possible standards, being well organized and properly merchandised at all times.· Conduct training for team members at periodic intervals· Building strong and collaborative relationships with other internal stakeholders· Schedule regular store visits to ensure compliance in all areas of customer service, store operations, and loss prevention.
